Trail Running in Torres del Paine
Trail Running is a sport that consists of running on mountain trails, tracks or secondary roads; through hills and mountains, crossing streams and rivers, with great climbs and steep descents. Most people view trail running as a more contemplative version of running and exercise - one that offers the runner the opportunity to connect with nature on a physical and spiritual level. Imagine enjoying this contemplative practice, in one of the most beautiful places on the planet: Torres del Paine National Park.
We have at your disposal a large number of trails, which vary in difficulty and distances; to be able to adapt to your level of runner; and what you are looking to experience.
All activities are designed to take place as a full day, and include private transportation to and from Puerto Natales (or your accommodation within the Ultima Esperanza Province), Bilingual Spanish/English guide, knowledgeable about the area, expert in southern ecosystems and with WFR first aid certification. In addition to a Box Lunch, consisting of Sandwich or similar, cereal or sweet bar, chocolate, fruit, liquids, nuts.
The duration of the activities in which you can run will depend on your runner level and we have trails with the following distances:
7 kms / 10 kms / 14 kms / 22 kms / 27 kms / 30 kms / 35 kms
We can also put together a package of several days, where you include accommodation, transfers, meals, guide, massages, etc ...
